Rang about a puncture, went into the store and they replaced the inner tube and checked the tyre for the cause! Love how thorough they were, friendly and helpful with advice. Will definitely shop again.

Been meaning to put up a review for a while,. All I can say is first class customer service from staff who really care about there customers. Between them they have vast knowledge and experience of old and new aiming to get the most out of your money and helping you build and maintain your bike appropriately .I also appreciate their honest approach to selling, rather than hard selling like many places you go where you can be met and confronted by an arrogant condescending teenager. From some one who has cycled in almost all disciplines for a number of years I can recognise when a bike shop goes above and beyond and truly value their customers.I think I can safely say I and my girlfriend will be customers of theirs for as long as their around.
Thought I'd finally leave a review after countless visits!Won't take my bikes anywhere else. Prices to rival the online stores, customer service unrivalled by anyone. Excellent range of gear in stock and will order in anything you need if they don't have it. I've also had plenty of help and advice (not to mention great conversation) without getting my wallet out on occasion.Highly recommended, whether you're a complete novice or a full on bike nut.
