Great food and friendly staff
Very nice little coffee shop, meals are very reasonably priced and descent coffee.
Friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Food tastes delicious and the service is fast!! Outside seating also for a nice day with a view over cremyl ferry and marina making it an ideal pitstop before the crossing too Cornwall and Mount Egdecombe. Also does have lavatory.
Elvira's cafe is one of the places that you could never find if you stuck to the main tourist areas or Plymouth. It's a local cafe or local people. It calls itself a cafe but it's not is coffee that makes it brilliant. It's the food. If you fancy having a good hearty breakfast, this is the place for that. You can't buy a breakfast for less anywhere in Plymouth. I regret that I can't go as offen as I like. You should definitely go. The food is good. Service is relatively quick unless its busy, which it offen is.
