We took a base Citron Relay to these guys to convert to a motorhome for us and our two large dogs. The service, and workmanship is astounding. We wanted a slide out kitchen unit to utilise the living area, we thought it would be too hard to do as never seen it done before but Rob came up with an idea and it works perfectly. One star is probably a stretch to be fair. Literally the worst move I have ever made. Paid this company over 4000, the van was given back to us damaged with half the work completed to the shoddiest standard. Literally stood there on the forecourt as they tried to stick bits of the front end back together in front of me. Had to take it back several times to haves issues rectified and each time this company caused further damage to our vehicle. We received a plethora of excuses everything from the apprentice worked on the van to them blaming other companies for their poor workmanship.2 years later and I am still rectifying issues with what we paid them for. Nothing this company did has been right. They didnt clean the van before soundproofing and insulating so all of the silent coat fell off. The insulation is sub standard and wasnt even applied in multiple areas. The altro floor has lumps under it. The carpet has gaps and joins everywhere. The ceiling they did peeled and fell down, they put unsafe wiring into the van which was condemned by an auto electrician. The headlights they fitted werent even attached properly. They damaged my wing, scratched my freshly painted bumper and left the splash guards unclipped at the front, so on my way home the splash guards were dragged underneath the van nearly causing an accident. My windows wouldnt go down due to the silent coat falling off in the doors. They blew my original headlights and then tried to say they hadnt even opened the bonnet, despite me finding some of their tools and bits of wire left in my engine bay. And I have recently had to completely remove all the silent coat from inside my front doors as they had just stuck it on over the dirt inside the door without cleaning any of it so its all peeled off.I cannot describe the stress, money issues and upset this company has caused my Wife and I needless to say we are still sorting tbe issues now and havent been able to use the van for what it was intended.I wish I could post the file of photos as evidence onto here, but unfortunately I cant. Please think twice before you use this company and if you have get your vehicle checked.
Colebrook fitting a Shapes GRP permanent high top onto my LWB T4. They were recommended by the company that made the roof, had a very reasonable price for fitting and a good turn around. Worth the drive down from London to get the job done. Quite minimal on the communication for an anxious owner, but they delivered quality work on time, what more do you need.
