Good place to shop. One of the best stores for sales especially the Ted Baker department. Nice coffee shop and restaurant too.
Friendly staff.lots of brand names and reasonable priced to.they have two lifts,escalators 5 floors and a restaurant on level 5.
Unacceptable! I spent at least fifteen minutes trying to find a member of staff to help me in the lingerie department. Was unable to find a single member of staff who specialised in measuring and fitting. In fact, after literally searching for someone to help me, I only managed to find one member of staff on the entire floor. House of Fraser lost at least four other customers in the time that I was waiting. I went to House of Fraser because I expected good customer service, but on this occasion, it was non existent.
This is an amazing department store split over 5 levels that sell absolutely everything you could possibly want or need, as well as a large Restaurant & Cafe Nero's, items such as clothing/coats/underware for ladies, men & children, cosmetics, handbags & luggage, household & cookware plus much, much more. The staff always seem so nice & very friendly, especially in the Restaurant where I found the food to be exceptionally good quality, plus if you have purchased a hot beverage then keep your till receipt, as you can go back later that same day for another drink for only 99p, they also do a loyalty card where you get a free drink after getting 8 stamps.
Had an amazing Christmas dinner in the restaurant. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere! I defiantly be recommending. Well done team!
