Whats the point of having a phone number if its not going to be answered operators are always busy and because of this I lost my driving licence as I couldnt find out the date of the case or notify them of my change address
The one and only phone number advertised on the website is defective. It automatically enters a loop and plays twice before arbitrarily disconnecting the call. Very frustrating indeed!
been trying to.contact them last four days and always busy call back later!!!
would be amazing if you could actually get them to pick up the phone to get help regarding a case!!!!!
