so i was assured i would recieve a call back about an appointment . despite been kept on hold for 25 mins. still no call back. and the Receptionist was rude sounding !!!!!

Disgusting service. Spoke a very rude receptionist, who ended up putting the phone down on me mid-call. Terrible practice having to wait MONTHS for private treatment. Rang back to speak to a manager, was told there was no one to discuss my concerns with. Disgraceful having someone like this representing the NHS. Moving practices because of thier incopitence. DO NOT ATTEND!
Dreadful service and one very rude receptionist. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment I had a call to cancel my appointment due to an emergency. This was the day before the said appointment and the day after receiving a text message reminding me of my forthcoming appointment. The receptionist did not care that I was in pain. She did offer me an appointment for this week but due to previous commitments I could not accept it. At this point I was told that I would have to wait to be seen. Absolutely appalling with no consideration for anybody
The service they provide is fantastic! I took my little boy to the practice and my dentist Dr. SOFIA, she's always very kind with all of us. I will recommend to everyone. Thanks to all staff!!!
