Call me old fashioned but I tend to judge place by the toilets. Here some were dirty or broken. Doors and locks not great. However the shopping area was fine even if mostly just the well known nationsl brands. Food court was smaller than expected so less choice than expected.
It's an Apple store. Friend and I picked an order up there, was easy and quick, little chat about Apple products and out again. Pretty much what you need, just a shame they insist on the white minimalist theme.
My husband and I visited the store yesterday. We were seen by a very nice guy called Gavin. My husband has memory difficulties (Alzheimers) which sometimes causes confusion. I just want to say a BIG Thank you to Gavin for his time and his patience. It was much appreciated.
Shocked as I have always had amazing customer service from Apple, but after today my view has changed. My husband's phone glass screen, which we had fitted before Christmas started peeling off. After explain this they didn't want to replace and tried charging me another 30. Not impressed.
I hosted a student-based event with Apple at this store, the staff are so welcoming and love to get involved with University students. Their expertise is fantastic and they ran an excellent workshop with us. I've also been to this store when my Apple device was broken and received great customer service. I trust Apple greatly with the quality of their products and I am always able to find exactly what I need.
