The lady I spoke was extremely helpful. However I felt that there wasnt hardly any flowers for the money spent. I arranged a boxed arrangement for a friend. I asked him to send a picture once the flowers had arrived with the recipient. I felt very disappointed with what was in the bouquet. Yes they looked lovely but hardly any flowers not worth 50 at all. I have seen a lot better for 30
