I had my hair extensions fitted with GGs back in August. I had my consultation and they booked me in super quick to have them fitted. They look great and feel great - they make everyday effortless and I feel confident going out all the time with them in! I had my hair coloured there on the weekend and its the first time Ive come away feeling 100% happy with the final outcome after having my hair coloured. Couldnt recommend them enough - best price in Plymouth for every service they offer
Ive been coming to GGs now for 2 years and Gemma has helped me with my hair loss problem. She has supported, advised me and given me back my confidence. The last hair system she did on me lasted 18 months, which is AMAZING! I used to have a hair system done in a top London salon which cost 3 times what GGs charges me (plus I had to count travel time, cost, 2 days off work and a hotel room) but GGs professionalism and care has changed my life. Their skill and talent is second to none and I count them all as friends now. The quality of hair supplied is top class and GGs give sound advice on care and maintenance to ensure the hair remains at its best for as long as possible. GGs are really caring and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.Well done Gemma and GGs. Thank you for all you do!!
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would.I would not recommend this salon. My wife's hair extensions ended up turning orange after less than 2 weeks - when she asked for help / assistance the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Some poor excuses for the hair failing such as; 1. Sun exposure - although the guidelines state that this would cause dryness... not discolouring. There was no abnormal sun exposure 2. Chlorine - Again, Angel Remy hair (that's the supplier) extensions state that chlorine may cause dryness, not discolouring. and again, there was no exposure. 3. Sea water... there was no exposure to Sea Water4. Showering in a hard water area - I mean, seriously? The suppliers website does not even indicate that this would cause a problem. And this would pretty much restrict the matket of this product to the South-West UK! The guidelines on the suppliers website says that you should not fit these before going on holiday. My wife did not know who the supplier was until we had got back to the UK and investigated... so we're not sure why the salon would not follow the guidelines of the supplier. She has since approached the salon for a resolution. she was confronted by a very rude manager and kicked out of the salon. My wife has since been accused of being 'threatening' by the manager on Facebook - anybody who knows my wife would know that she is calm and collected. I do not appreciate the fact that staff had brought my wife into a back room whilst she was alone, multiple staff talking down to her and bringing her to tears before kicking her out.
Thursday was my first time coming to GG's salon and i was made to feel so welcome from when I first walked in, all the girls were so friendly and the place had such a nice environment. I had my hair coloured by Lauren and a weave fitted by Gem who are both brill! Thanks so much for my new hair I love it! x
