Good range of tiles fairly priced and,most helpful staff at Cott hill store but, found adhesive and grout expensive.
Plymouth branch made my delivery without calling me in advance and since there was nobody living at the property, I ended up collecting the tiles myself, from the shop, as they refused a second delivery.80% of the tiles were chipped and I returned them to the store. A new lot was delivered, but I was told they won't cover delivery, so I had to get them myself (second time).This second set of tiles had the same 80% of the tiles chipped, so I had to return them myself (second time).I am now waiting for a third lot which will arrive in 2 weeks, hoping somebody did bother checking my tiles upfront, before they handle them to me.I liked the staff generally, manager and assistant manager included- they were understanding and handle the situation nicely.
when entering the shop at the weekend a smiley friendly chap called Alister greeted us. I explained what we needed and he could not have been more helpful.had lots of useful tips. Great service Alister. Would also like to mention the choice of tiles and the quality of them.A very satisfied customer.
