Joke!I'm unable to book an appointment for an ultrasound because this PRIVATE hospital won't do it on Saturday. The whole idea about PAYING is to be able to get what you need when you need it, not when it is just suitable to them. They will take your money on Saturday and Sunday but won't provide what you asked for. Don't waste your hard earned cash!Go somewhere else!
I had my blood taken today as part of my pre-op assessment as I am due for an operation in a few days. As part of this process I needed to have my blood taken. Ordinarily, I am a confirmed "fainter" - but not this time! I cannot thank the lady that took it enough - Ruth. She made me feel so at ease that it was over before I knew it. Many, many thanks
Came here for pre-assessment tests. Nurses were helpful and very friendly. Reception staff very approachable. Overall a very good experience. Was in and out much quicker than I thought I would be.
Outstanding service: I highly recomend this hospital. I had an operation here under the care of Mr Morris and I could not expect a better service! From the pre-op appointment to the follow up, and of course the lovely way I've been cared for during my stay, everything was absolutely perfect!
