Yet again, Pantaenious have been responsive, efficient and sensitive in dealing with a claim. I have been with them for about 15 years and have always found them excellent: I really appreciate the sense of security they provide and highly recommend them.
Extremely disappointed with this company. Really poor costumer support and service. I've been in the yachting industry for years and from all the insurance companies I tried this one was sadly by far the worst one. I really wish I had something positive to say about them, but I fail to find anything. If you have a chance I strongly suggest you choose a different insurance provider.
