I've know Paul for years and would never go anywhere else for help or advice or on locks or UPVC doors and windows. His knowledge is second to none and he will always if possible repair the lock, window or door to save you money. Also if you are locked out of your safe he's your man!
Came to the office. Wasn't put off by the number of stairs and lift being repaired. Cheerfully sorted us out rapidly and very professionally. I hope I don't do something else to need his help but I would not have any hesitation to call him back. VERY highly recommended. He has the skills and tools to help.

Excellent and lifesaving service! Thank you Paul! We'd gone with another locksmith who couldn't fix our front door and did a cheap bodge job on it, which meant we could only lock it from inside whilst we waited for a part to arrive from Denmark. That left one of us stuck in the house at all times. We rang Paul and he was able to come and fix everything for us on the same day. He showed us what the previous locksmith hadn't seen, fitted the new part and was lovely in the process. Can't recommend him enough.
