Honestly, the best in Plymouth. Do you need to know more?People merely give so many stars on food guide on google. But not sure what they mean. I dont give many stars to anywhere, because I compare with the rest of places I know in UK. Three stars means enough above average, the food makes you happy for sure. Otherwise, I must give them more than 4 stars for this.This restaurant has classical rich Chinese cooking, enjoyable. The plain white steamed rice here isnt probably the best thing to ask. I had nicer one elsewhere in UK, but thats just that. The rest you could tell the Chef has good taste. And I differ from the rest in Plymouth. I mean it!!!!
