What can I say but an absolute shambles of a removal company (office staff). I enquired on the day of my removal what time they would arrive to move me as most of items in their storage and more at my temporary home to collect on way. I was initially told by the lady (wife of owner) by 12 noon, however at 11am I thought I would check as moving locally again did I have time to personally take some items to new address as did not want to miss the removers. I was met with a barrage of verbal abuse from this woman who told me to stop hassling her and be patient they will get to me when they do and they have been delayed further at which point I said I did not want to be moving at teatime with contents of 4 bed house and having a young child. She shouted at me to go away and stop calling you are annoying me its tough luck!! I was aghast and upset I drove to speak to the male owner at the office and demanded an apology but never got one. DO NOT EVER USE AND RUN FOR THE HILLS, I will tell anyone and everyone NEVER use this joke of a business! I would not give any stars bar having too to leave a review for this cowboy business.
Moved us on the 18th April. Very pleased.
