Very slow and a very long queue. Difficult I guess for staff as they are responsible for selling live animals. No chance of just popping in and out quickly today. Service is always polite I will say. Didn't have small bag of mixed corn sadly which I went in for.
Superb vets at pets at home see you really fast :) highly recommended, and pets at home do great pet items also at great prices.
Staff friendly and very knowledgeable. The grooming and vet areas are ways busy, never seen this before in another pets at home, which means they are really good. My only down it is at the checkout. Every time I have been doing shopping, the queue and waiting time is very long. One checkout operator is not enough. It could be very helpful is they train more staff as queue busters. For this reason I have them only 4 stars, sorry.
Very friendly staff,a nice big open store pets there are very well looked after. Took my dog in for a hair cut and were really friendly. They look after your pet and make you and your pet welcome a nice place will be going again.
Easy parking, however I did go at a non peak time. Most staff were helpful and insightful answering questions about the products to a good level. Some staff could be more proactive and ask if everything is okay instead of standing seemingly not having something to do, whilst other staff were clearly hard at work and very busy.
