Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the start it was a positive experience . John came out and quickly gave us a very fair estimate and commencement date. Mark our plumber was punctual, polite, courteous and friendly .He worked quickly and was very neat and tidy. The job he did was first class. we have never been so warm and snug here. He arrived on time everyday and explained the new system to us patiently ensuring we fully understood how to get the most out of the new boiler. would highly recommend this company. Over the last 4 years we have found Water & Warmth excellent in dealing with the challenges of an old, complicated system. They work with enormous care and a determination to get the best result, however much time and effort it takes, and however late they have to stay. Very happy with the service they provide - impossible to imagine how it could be improved on!
We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We found ourselves without any hot water and within days a new boiler had been ordered and installed hassle free and very competitively priced.John who was the installer was a pleasure to deal with and was very thorough in his installation. Plumbers so easily develop bad reputations but good reputations are very hard to obtain let alone keep.We will definitely use this company again without hesitation and we have already got another job which we will for sure be asking them to do.
