The Manager Kate is the most unhelpful, unorganised and above all rudest member of staff I have met in any customer service position. Not just to myself but to all the customers who had also spent a significant amount of their time waiting to be served by her and her team to then be rudely turned away.
I can't believe how long the queue is. Worst service ever. Having just moved to the area will not be using this post office again. Post office give franchise to people who can operate a service not morons !
Terrible!!!Waited in a que of about 12 people for 15 minutes before I decided to leave. 3 ladies at the front, 2 of them bumbling about - one sorting out keys and the other Im not quite sure what she was doing. You could see customers getting annoyed. The lady who was serving people looked miserable as sin too. Cheer up and speed up jeezzz
Went on Saturday morning older lady very rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Scruffy Younger female then joined in leaving a customer stood defending me and she was actually shouting at me accusing me of her own bad behaviour. Appalling customer service will never use or recommend again! Stick to my usual post office, lovely ladies
Went on Saturday for passport check and send.. Very unhelpfully older looking lady so rude and only to staff on a busy Saturday half n hour wait.. Had to go back the same day and same lady saw me and rolled her eyes as if to say not again.. Won't use them again..
