The Staff are lovely , but feel sorry for them working in such a small shop ! Definitely need bigger premises .

Oh god what a nightmare of a shop !!! Staff have serious attitude problems ! Was laughable thou .... #wannabes Shoes chucked around , clothes all chucked around such a small shop ! Kids selection very poor !
I was a complete pain in the backside and ordered 3 pairs of shoes in the wrong size and couldn't decide whether to get a refund or exchange for a larger pair. The customer service both in store and online was exceptional and offered to send back the shoes and exchange for the size I needed. Fully satisfied and fully recommend.
