They have increased the cost of my unit this month by 80%, and this makes it the most expensive in Plymouth. I've had my unit for two and a half years, and out of the blue they send me my normal invoice at almost double the normal cost, and they would not price match any competitor. Terrible customer service towards a long standing customer an basically told me they didn't care and asked if I wanted to give notice, even when I said that I wanted the unit for a further 18 months. They are charging 1880 for 18 months use, when their competitors want 1202 for 18 months.
Stored my stuff here last minute - moved the world for me, great customer service, seemed like they genuinely cared. 100% would use again.
Great place to store and cheap for students however they won't accept more than 60% of the cost paid in cash?
The 1st class facilities of the building along with the excellent security set up, give you peace of mind for when you need to put items into storage. Would recommend to anybody who value and care about their item's, safe and secure .
Friendly and informative member of staff. Sam. It was a last minute decision to get storage so did not compare prices with others as I should have. Have used 7 years ago when I last moved. The unit is very good condition and easily accessible. Choice of sizes to suit your needs. Not 5 stars as was told I could rent for just 1 week but you have to give 2 weeks notice? Do this at the beginning and extend if required. Would recommend.
