Have booked 3 holidays with Katie in the Plymouth branch... she is so helpful and full of knowledge...especially when it comes to Disney... she really brings the magic to life. Recommend anyone thinking of booking their next holiday, pop into Virgin Holidays Plymouth.
I always book my holidays with Virgin Holidays and this branch in particular is fantastic! Sarah is a credit to Virgin and provided us with fantastic service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable which meant we felt confident to book our trip. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and I would highly recommend!
Really disappointed with virgin holidays so far and we havent even managed to book a holiday yet! Nobody seems willing to help resolve the matter. Not what I expect from the Branson empire!
