Friendly, knowledgeable staff, made both me and my cat feel welcome.
My cats used to be feral and are very scared and nervous in unfamiliar places. Lipson Vets has done a lot to make themselves more cat-friendly and understood the cats' needs. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and obviously really care about what they are doing. Whenever I've had an emergency they've been brilliant, seeing the cats on short notice and treating them on the spot. Strongly recommend the healthy pets club - it's saved us a lot of money so far.

Puppy Parties/Puppy SocialisationWe attend the puppy parties at Lipson Vets every week. They provide a great way to socialise your puppy in an informal and calm environment. There is time for the puppies to play and time for them to practise being away from each other but in the same room. We get great advice during the session. I couldn't wish for a better environment for our little boy!
