Great place, great knowledgeable attentive staff. Not a comercial run city zoo. Feels very intimate, like a family run business should. Thank you once again for another lovely day. You all do a wonderful job.
One of the best Zoos around, good enclosures excellent information great views of most animals. Best place around for seeing big cats. Really enjoyed our day here for my 11 year old sons birthday. Restaurant was fine and reasonably priced. Would definitely go again - we chose this over Paignton and werent disappointed. We would highly recommend it.
Loved seeing the animals so well cared for. Disappointed not to see the lion, who was in the "hospital block" and the wolves who were hiding in the trees in their enclosure. Food in cafe good, however, tables and floor covered in food and leftovers from a school party.
Had a good day out here on New Years Day. The overall impression is that it all looks a little tired but the animals all look well cared for.Good informative talk by a volunteer and good to see animals at feeding time for a good view.The Jaguar Restaurant served great food and the whole family - three generations, enjoyed their day out.
