This garage has always provided me with a great service, and always at a reasonable price.
Honest & reliable. They don't over inflate the prices and do a good job.
Been using them for years and always excellent service and competitive rates.
Until recently, I was happy. Then they forgot to register an MOT I paid them to do. They offered me a new MOT, but the car at that point had developed further faults, meaning it would cost a lot more. They refused to refund the cost of the previous MOT, even though it is technically a service I paid for that they failed to provide, and they would have happily let me walk out of there having paid for it. They told me "sometimes things just fall through the cracks". I wonder if my insurance company would have seen it that way. I won't be using them again
