Extremely rude phone manner and very hard to get hold of; phone is engaged constantly. They need to get multiple phones or provide a call back/voicemail service. I rang January 2019 to book an appointment but they are not taking on patients (which is fair enough), but the repetitiousness's phone manner was very rude and blunt; not helpful whatever and I am glad they are not taking patients on.
As a normally nervous patient, I was even more so today as I am suffering with a bout of vertigo. However the care and consideration given to me by firstly the receptionist, who was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and to the dentist and nurse who were very kind and understanding. Thanks again however must go to the very kind and thoughtful receptionist.

Their phone is constantly engaged, from first thing in the morning, its as if it is off the hook!!, no answer machine, no call back option. Very difficult to make an appointment.The option on the website does not work so that is no good either.
I would highly recommend this practice. The staff were friendly and I felt very well cared for.
