Very rude staff all about money for treatment.. i never recieved!!can not really fault our dentist as hes very friendly great with the children , however will try to charge you and claim they havent seen paperwork for nhs paitents and even though you explain until your blue in the face that you signed all paperwork and have shown correct certificates they will still deny this and argue on the phone very very rude !!!
Had a major tooth ache. I wasnt registered with a dentist and they managed to get me in that day and remove my tooth. Thanks to dr Smith
I have been using this practice since 2004/5. I have no problem with the treatment received. I had my usual appointment this week, paid and left with my receipt. I reached the bus stop only to discover a member of staff hot on my heels demanding payment. She asked me to return to the practice. I had 2 appointments that day but she had only taken for one, her mistake. I didn't hear her shouting or chasing me as I had my hood up. I found this not only bizarre but quite threatening. Is it legal to accost someone in the street demanding money? Would you have walked back through a deserted underpass accompanied by Norman Bates mother? No, me neither. I told her that I would call and pay the outstanding amount the following morning. She continued asking for the money and only left me alone when I told her I wouldn't be going anywhere but home. It gave everyone at the bus stop a laugh but this isn't acceptable behaviour. I really don't feel that chasing patients through the streets of Crownhill or anywhere else for the matter, screaming like a banshee, is in any way appropriate. I can honestly say that I've never experienced anything like it.
Rude staff. No communication. No help in trying to find convenient appointment as unable to get upstairs and then removed from books as they failed to contact me as they said they would.
Had a root canal infection at the worst time after just losing our baby girl. Dr Chatziargyriou is my dentist there and I explained I didn't want the hassle of back and forth root canal treatments I'm grieving and want tooth out so it's all over. He really wanted to fix the tooth and save it but after asking me 3 times can he save it I said please just take it out which he proceeded to do very gently and quickly. Would highly recommend
