Been waiting so so long to be able to have a check up myself prob about 24months my kids had been waiting for over 12 months before being seen at another dentist, my husband got removed from their his patients list and only found this put when he called to make an appointment he's been forced by them to go private but he won't go back to this dentist, neither will my kids. I on the other hand need to stay with his treatment and now have problems with my teeth and the phone number is not taking calls. Worst dentist for getting nhs appointments ever.
One of worst dentists ever. Been waiting for appt for my 2 kids for over a year as no staff and just rang to be told still not taken on a clinician so no appt. Not sure how long it takes to take on a member of staff! Will be moving my children's dentists and myself also. Been with the dentist for 9 years and the whole time has been issues as the staff always leave. Had appt cancelled last minute due to staff quitting etc. I would avoid wasting your time with this dentist. It has to be the worst in Plymouth.
Terrible dentist. Waited 18 momyhs for a check up, missed my boys hole in tooth to him then needed taken out. I been in pain 3 days and they send you to seven tree (that don't help people with dentists already) 111 that again is a emergency to either can't breathe or swollen eye balls. If none of them 111 can't help either. So throbbed off everyday as no staff to actually help. Always no dentists in and when in can't get a appointment.
