Not the best shop in the world, but not the worse, and not a great range of products. That said worth adding to your list of shops to visit if you are looking for new furniture. Plus side not getting jumped on as soon as you step through the door by pushy salesmen, negative side not a very large selection of goods.
bought a picture on the 1/11/2018 promise delivery 2weeks finely got my picture 28 days later but had to demand that the one on the wall was coming with me today they could not find my picture or where it was also i had been into the store to enquire about my order on two occasions never going there again.
Bought a corner unit sofa from this company. Reported that the cushions were not of the same as I sat on in showroom and the foam interior was not fit for purpose. After 4 visits from THEIR independent engineer who agreed and requested new cushions. Furniture world has refused to take the independent company technician report and cancelled their services in this matter as he agreed with the customer.. And now following 4 phone calls to furniture world I have had no reply. Hence I am stuck with an uncomfortable sofa that is only 5 months old with the first fault reported after 1 month. Beware of buying sofas from this company who only fob you off when a complaint has been made. I have bought wardrobe . dining unit . Tv unit. And side units all of oak these are ok. Just don't buy soft furnishings that are not the same as showroom. Paul Dixon
Ordered my units December they came longer than I was told they came march then all the packaging with damaged bits missing I phoned head office to make a complaint they was not interested all they want is your money then they mug you of after week after week saying it's on the way but clearly it's not it's now end of may still waiting for parts for my units it's half a year gone they got my money but can't be borthed to fix and get parts for all 3 of my units
