I purchased and paid for several items and one item was not in stock. The store insisted I paid for the item on order, which I had no problem with & didnt think to check the t&cs because I am used to stores refunding it if it is not suitable / change your mind etc. After some time not hearing from the store I purchased the item from another store and called to cancel the item at Plymouth. The store claims to have left a voicemail telling me the item was in (I didnt get this) and on top, they would not refund.You dont really get this with many stores these days, most are happy to keep custom and if you change your mind about an order, will cancel and refund. This is not the case for Plymouth. My best advice would be not to pay for anything on order, they will not refund and they insist on providing a credit note, which after my experience, I am unlikely to use, recommend or bother with the store again. Its a shame because when I purchased everything, I thought the store couldnt be more helpful and the products were nice. The customer service is just very outdated and appalling.

Quality service from the Lady on duty.The Futon Shop sells Futons and many are on display. There are many solutions for sensible home storage especially those with a small room to furnish. The storage section of the store was splendid and many novel space saving objects are on sale. We are thrilled with our purchases. Nice clean shop
