I have not been in the launderette but I have used there home laundry service on a regular basis. My washing is collected and returned the next Day. Very reliable service and reasonable priced. Reccomended
Im sorry to say we didnt get to use the service, the 1 star is for their customer service, or lack of. No response to 2 emails. We then phoned and arranged for a bedspread to be collected, and since we both work it was agreed we would leave at the front of the house.It was still outside when we returned from work at 4pm. Text message left. No reply. No answer on phone, left message on answer machine. Surprise surprise, no call back.will take my custom elsewhere then.

Communication isn't great, they don't give you any clue when they're arriving or when they'll return. Text replies are simple 'OK' no further info. Laundry ok, doesn't smell great won't be using them again.
