The name "Maclean" is very misleading, all my clothes came back "MACDIRT" it was disgusting, I think they actually came back more dirty than when I dropped them off. There were only 4 worms and 5 maggots in my jeans pocket when I left and 20 of each when I returned! The only upside was the resident dirt man Mr Maclean himself, and Hench piece of meat that i wouldn't mind tumbling my dryer any day. 10/10 would make my clothes dirty again
I feel averagely mediocre about this establishment. However I am rating a 5 star out of 5 because Mr Maclean has my family held hostage for ransom in somewhere known as the spoon draw...Moving on.. it was a great experience and I enjoyed every moment. I didn't get any laundry done but I stared longingly at the washing machine which happens to be drawn on the wall so I couldn't seem to open the door. On another note, the staff who slave away here are amazing and stay hard at work 27 hours a day, however they lack some professionalism as the one who describes his name as tencars, has terribly odour alongside the dead memes he plays in the background. Please can I have my family back.
I never expected to wake up one morning to find out that without putting any work in whatsoever I would have my own laundry business, it really is a dream come true. The opening times are a particular highlight of the business because it means that we only need to let the man eating turtles who live in the washing machines out for 1800 seconds a week, albeit this is when customers are in the laundry room but the experience we offer is to die for and well worth the risk. The only thing I would change is that we do not have a backup power source in case of a spoon related emergency but this has not happened as of yet so fingers crossed.Overall I would rate this Business 5/5 stars because I can. I also must stress we do not provide any Hummus and that is something we are very strict about and cannot stress enough.
Absolutely and utterly thrilled with the commitment and class of the employees working there. Service was divine and crunchy. I especially loved the range of clothes/objects this place is willing to wash as well. I washed my work clothes, my party clothes and my cult robes. And the 2 for 1 deal with the washing of ones sins was also a pleasant surprise. If I had 1 complaint, it would be the fact that when entering the main laundry room, the door was locked behind me and I was locked in there for 2 weeks, surviving on house spiders and detergent as sustenance. However the use of the free toilet allows me to completely overlook this tiny tiny flaw and rate 5 stars! If I could, I would rate 10 stars out of 5. In conclusion, I think that this new adition of Plymouth was well overdue and pointless, and should be shut down and demolished immediately.Kindest regards,Papa Soup
Terrible experience here... put my pet cat in for laundry and got a llama back. Very dissapointed when all I wanted was a clean cat. The llama then only ate chicken and rice, so feeding it has since been a nightmare.
