Unprofessional & late with just about everything, due to them having too much work & not enough staff to deal with the work load! They also like to take innocent clients to court, for monies that are apparently owed to them, as they cannot keep track of a client's finances due to poor, outdated business administration functions! Avoid like the plague, less use than a chocolate teapot!
