2/3 members of staff extremely rude, nobody on reception, look down their nose at you.

A really poor council with no actual morals, do what they want with no regard to the people who actually live here. Theyre literally whats dragging the city through the dumps for the last 20 plus years.
I love the way Plymouth City Council just quietly runs in the background, allowing residents to get on with their life sarcasm.Useless reception staff, 8 of them, stood round chatting insisting they can't help, all I wanted was a letter reprinted with a barcode so I could pay my lapsed parking ticket for a 6 minute transgression (which paid two of their wages for the day), but they can't help... What do I pay taxes for, to be harrassed for 6 months for 1500 of council I DIDN'T OWE like couple years back?? Numerous visits to council, threatening abusive calls from your beloved bailliffs Jacobs Enforcement. Wasn't until I got a student union rep to read you the LAW you left me alone.Work 14 hours to pay this ticket off because you sent mail to my old address, now I have to work another 2 hours to pay for the postal order because you can't reprint a barcode for me....thanks!Disgraceful 'services' we pay for, this small city is going to the dogs by more and more by the day....can't wait to leave this place.
Special educational needs are a real let down and no support. Council specialise in covering their backs.
