Staff were very good and allowed plenty of photo opportunities. The garden is also well maintained and makes a great setting.
I recently had to register my mum's death, they were great doing that, however I had to call them when I returned to my mum's house, and they weren't very helpful then at all, they were more worried about the icy weather than helping me, a big disappointment indeed, customer service is obviously non existent when it comes to the weather conditions!
Would like to thank the people here so much, needed to get a copy of my daughters birth certificate very quickly, they went the extra mile to help in anyway they could, Thank you all so very much, it is much appreciated.
