Sent a complaint to Popworld reference their doormen on a night out. Granted, the manager acknowledged the complaint which is more than can be said for the actual security company themselves. However, I asked for a refund of our entry fee & drinks order, and was told all they could provide was a free both and 'bottle of bubbly.' When I contested this, and advised we would not ever be looking to come back to the club, the replies stopped. I'm assuming they just wanted the complaint to go away but nothing was ever resolved. Between them & axien security, I think they think they can get away with treating people however they want!
Went to pop world on my wife's birthday and because I didn't have my ID with me I was not let in,even though I am 50 years old. The youngster at the door was cocky and let other people in without ID. Was it my age.
Drinks and cheesy music classic night out
Went popworld in Plymouth with my best friend and our friends as it was two of my friends birthday and heard England supporters chanting so we decided to join in wasnt causing any fusses just wanted to join in and the bouncer on the door was rude and said we werent allowed too so unfair not very often we get this far in the world cup so we bound to be excited and proud ! Floors were stupidly sticky and staff were grumpy too !!
