Avoid this car park at all costs, this car park is in Plymouth we visited it because we went to the aquarium which was really good and worth a visit if you want to visit the aquarium try and park somewhere else. As you can see from one of the pics its really expensive hospital parking can be cheaper then this. Also in nearly all the pics for this car park its an empty car park wonder why
CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not park here the tariff board that changes during school holidays, messey , fines dished out with no fair appeal process, lifts constantly out of order. Amazed they have any returning customers, I for onelike many orhers will never use Brittania parking again.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK... I paid 7.50 for only two hours and mis-typed my car reg. I received a penalty for 85. After providing a copy of my credit card statement they still refused to cancel the fine. The entry on the credit card says Plymouth City Council and they say they are nothing to do with Plymouth City Council. Their system is flawed and wrong. I also see that other people have been wrongly fined. Do not make any mistakes in this car park or you will get the 85 fine. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it nil.
Parked here 2 weeks ago. Paid for 3 hours parking as there was no option to park for 2 hours. Displayed my ticket and arrived back at car within 2 hours. Yesterday got a fine for 85 stating I failed to make a valid payment. Work that out, am putting in an appeal and will not be parking here ever again.
