Good carpark with a lift so very handy if you have a buggy. Only downfall are not alot of parent bays or should I say parent bays being used by people with no kids.
Usely always a space accept in the evening when the theatre royal has a show or Christmas shopping.
What can you say about a car park only that it is quite safe to park there, if you find a space, that is.
Excellent Council owned car park
helloI am very very upset. I just had the chat from hell. No exaggeration. Me and my family just watched the lovely War horse, it was time for us to leave so we qued up in the car park next to the barriers when it wouldn't let us out. Of course we press the button to talk to someone. We'll... I was shocked....! We asked the lady to help and already she had a horrible snappy voice! Ughhhh! She then tells us that we need to pay again as our time has ran out. Hey now, fair enough we understood but there was a fatty queue behind us so we couldn't revers. Please bear in mind that it is most hard to reverse when there are 50 cars behind you. We explaind this to the lady and she said we'll I can't let you out. She could. Of course she could. There's probably a nice button she could press. But NOOOO. We were most polite but still rudeness. Eventually we payed another 2.60 and queued again and got on our way home. My youngest is now crying as she is very tired while my stepdad (66) is having to drive in the dark which he finds most hard. Strongly suggest not going to this car park and will not be going back again!Please answer back xxxxx
