Sometimes a very very busy establishment, but will always be able to answer a query if needed. Used for more than 30 years and always been happy with the service

Treated for eye infection on a Christmas Day morning had a wonderful caring experience.

I have been using this pharmacy for seven years of so. Never have I been disappointed with their service. Today, I was blown away by the service.I was collecting my daughter who has very recently been diagnosed as an Epileptics second prescription. After being left with a delayed follow up appointment from Derriford I was left to care for my daughter with no aftercare advice from the Epilepsy nurse. Out outpatients appointed was put on a waiting list. I asked the Pharmacist if the medication needed to be the same brand as I had read this was important online and she spent a good 15 minutes at the end of the day advising and explaining thing so me. Things that were totally above and beyond what was necessary, she printed me off a sheet and directed me to websites and told me I could call at any time to ask for more advice. An Epilepsy diagnosis out of the blue is scary but this lady was willing to help impart knowledge of this condition that was so above what was necessary.I have used Morrison's and Sainsbury's pharmacies in the past but the wait for medication is too long and Sainsbury's in particular are so low on customers service skills I would always avoid them.I think we should be using the independent Pharmacies that take pride in their customer care over the impersonal branches in the chain food stores. To the lady that helped me today. I am so very grateful to you, thank you.

Staff rude, tablets almost thrown at me with no information passed. When I got home there was NO information leaflet in side the pack, so had to ring up and ask, after the phone being constantly engaged. Will use another chemist in future, gone down hill since Mr O'Gallagher left.

Fantastic staff. Best chemist around. Always helpful and willing to give you the time needed. Always have a smile on their face no matter how busy they are
