Use the prescription service and feel let down as for the last two months it was either lost at surgery or they were too busy to have it ready for the day of pick up but if they request it early enough from doctor then it should be there the day they told me to pick it up considering moving chemist in new year not impressed especially as I'm asthmatic so rely on my meds.
This would be a 0 star rating if at all possible.My dad has an on going arrangement in place with this chemist for a 56 day repeat perscription to be left with no medication since Friday as they had not ordered his meds in. My dad was told Saturday it was not their (chemist) problem !Then today told by the chemist to ring the docs and chase up the script they had put through for the docs yo say no such request has been made since October. Then he was accused by someone on the phone at the chemist if making threats to them when he was stating a fact. That fact being if it were life dependent /threatening medication someone needed but didn't receive because the chemist failed to order them could result in their death. For example if my insulin wasn't ordered and I had to go all weekend without any I'd more than likely be in a comer now! The attitude off staff at this chemist is disgusting and customer relation training us required!He has now been told the script will not be sent to the docs until tomorrow and therefore his script won't be ready for collection until potentially Friday!!!!!!!
Absolutely disappointed with this chemist. Over a week to do prescriptions and then delivery does not turn up. Or they promise it has been done only to say it has not been done when you go to collect it. Completely unorganised
Good for some things
Some staff are nice but others are sssoooo rude, stood there for at least 5 mins before being served and even then it seemed like too much trouble for the cashier. Really slow service as took over 1 1/2 hours for prescription
