Lots of retail shops , staff for Drakes circus are professional and friendly and the shops located inside are lovely. Good variety and ability to eat and shop in the same location. Parking isn't awful either which is nice!! Only downside is that the floor numbers for the mall and carparj don't add up so make sure you remember the number you're on !
Very modern medium sized shopping centre. Maintained well and very please to experience in any of the stores. Waterstones in particular was amazing.
Drake Circus is Plymouth's main shopping mall.It has an interesting and unique facade which blends well with the exterior of the nearby Plymouth University.One can rely on finding all the usual great chain stores, coffee shops and restaurants (both in and nearby) so it's easy to while way the hours there. Its a busy place but still manages to retain an open view through the mall.
As far as shopping centres go Drake's is a reasonable example. The shops are easily laid out so navigation is very simple over 3 floors. The variety of shops isn't quite as impressive as it might be but there are no vacant shop fronts which is nice to see in the times we're in. Footways are wide making access pleasant even with baby strollers or mobility devices. Generally a nice place to shop... But it's still a shopping mall and no substitute for a nice town centre.
A wonderful shopping experience. All the shops you will ever need and interesting places to eat. A good time had by all.
