After several issues with orders on a bathroom its probably a good idea to have a look elsewhere!Caroline could also do with some extra training, if she's had any at all, on her customer service. Absolutely no acknowledgment when returning the extra basin she added to our order and charged us for and a complete unwelcoming manner from her.
