Reliable and friendly taxi driver. Booked Sunday eve for an early start today. Good communication with texts and arrived early. Lovely driver who waited with me at the train station until it opened. Nice to have a driver wholooks out for their customers rather than grab the money and go. Would highly recommend.
Guaranteed to be late. Regardless of whether you book it hours in advance. Breaking news your taxi is on its way text - its on its way about 15 minutes after the requested arrival time. The taxi drivers are lovely and very personable but the booking system is pointless.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SERVICE!! Total let down on multiple occasions. Having booked 4 hours in advance the taxi never turned up and on enquiring multiple times we were told it was just around the corner In the end we drove ourselves. App is a clever idea shame it works in absolutely no way at all!
