Great vets. They are very professional, thorough and caring, providing excellent treatment and ongoing support. The staff deliver all this alongside being welcoming, friendly and understanding. Can't recommend enough!
This is only the second time I've taken my two cats to these vets but they are just so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble! Amazing customer service. One of my cats pooped in his carrier which has never happened before and I didn't know what to do, so I mentioned it to one of the ladies on the desk and she just whipped the cat carrier away with the cat and said that she would clean it up! She was cheerful and made it seem like it was no trouble at all. Amazing customer service!
Took our dog to the vet Sunday tea time. Very quick service and explained all that would and could be happening to her. They kept her in over night and kept us informed. Couldn't fault them. Thankfully now our dog is back to her normal happy self.
Claire the vet was very thorough and made us feel very much at ease. This was my second visit as I went with my daughter and her dog and both times we've had experience excellent service. We would highly recommend this practice
