We knew what car we wanted having seen it online, and knew it was a good price, so booked an appointment with Jamie. We were treated very courteously throughout and the whole atmosphere is really friendly. Saw the car as it had come in so knew exactly what we were buying, nothing covered up. Took a test drive and then went through paperwork, no pressure at all to purchase any extras but the options are there if you want them. Pickup arranged to suit us, and car was ready within 48 hours, serviced and valeted to high standard. Finished paperwork off with Alex who was every bit as friendly and relaxed, and made us feel special. Overall, not what you fear from a used car sales place - the guys were really professional and laid back. The process was enjoyable. Wed previously bought from Evans Halshaw and were a bit sceptical at first about the link to car store but they are genuinely the same thing. Id give them 10/10, really pleased with our purchase but equally as importantly the whole process. Id happily recommend to friends and family and will look there first again for myself in the future. Fantastic service from the guys at car store, Lewis, Luke and Alex. Excellent at sorting out my finance. EDIT - had to return my car, the service throughout the return process was still good however was sold a faulty car which claimed to be AA service checked which it most definitely was not as broke down and had faults. The sales people and service within the store is 5/5 however quality of the car sold is 1 /5
Great experience at the car store. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car i was buying. I was rather nervous as i had never driven an automatic before but Paul guided me through the whole test drive with great patience. When i went to pick the car up he ran through the whole process again and left me feeling great about driving the car, i now love the the whole automatic thing. Alex was also very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to do all the paper work. Two very helpful members of staff. Well done.
