Worry free car buying, great experience and hassle free , small problem with the screen wash , sent me to there on site garage and sorted in 20 minutes , will definitely use them to buy my cars on the future , cheers guys .
!! DO NOT GO HERE !! Please dont waste your time and money on a car from this garage. You can expect to be lied to and when you get there you will experience the rudest customer service of you life. the car you wanted is probably a clapped out banger with hundreds of issues too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Specifically asked on the phone if there were any defects with the car to save a wasted journey as I travelled a long way. I was told the car was immaculate and perfect. Arrived to find a large scrape on the body work and worse still the car wouldnt even start. Terrible attitude from the guy I was dealing, very rude and not helpful. Would recommend staying away and not wasting your time
I would recommend to anyone. Purchased my car recently and for reasons had to take it back in a twice now. All staff very willing to help and was shocked to see me back there again so soon. Car has been put right and seems in perfect condition with only apologies no payment asked for.Safe to say while Im in this city, they have my business.Astra
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. This company are very friendly when they want your money but as soon as they have it customer service goes out the window. I brought my 208 from here in April. On purchase I was assured that the crack in the bumper would be repaired and I would not know anything had happened. Well, this was the case for the first 4 months. Then the crack started to reappear, I sort advice from an independent body shop who advised me that it was a bad repair job. J&I were very resistant to this, but eventually did agree to repair it. However, when I asked for a guarantee on the job they said they would not do this, despite being told by a member of their staff originally that they would guarantee it for 12 months (not in writing). This member of staff then accused us of putting word in his mouth and was very rude to us- even shouting at us on their forecourt! Clearly they dont believe in their repair work to risk putting a guarantee on it! I didnt even trust them with my car after this and have decided to take it to a reputable garage that arent afraid to guarantee their work.
