Drop off was fine and the car was as expected. It has now been sat outside for 4 days (and will be for at least another 1h and despite me ringing them 3 times and plenty of promises it simply hasn't been picked up leaving me with the keys which of course I can't hand back. Poor customer service as they have told me 3 times it's getting picked up and they simply weren't telling the truth.
Staff are very welcoming & friendly as well as being helpful and most efficient. Dealt with questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Felt at ease throughout the whole hire process and would not hesitate to recommend.
