This is the best surgery that me and my family have been with. Friendly and helpful doctors, nurses and receptionists.
Dean Cross is a first-rate surgery. The reception staff are efficient and helpful (I recognise good service with chocolates!!) Our own GP Dr. Darwich is the best GP I/we have ever encountered. He is ever watchful over the health of my wife, who is recovering from the removal of a nasty brain tumour and myself after removal of a nasty colon cancer.We cannot say enough but to say THANK YOU DR. DARWICH AND THE TEAM AT DEAN CROSS SURGERY.

The best surgery in plymouth without a doubt. The doctors are all great when you get to see them and the treatment is first class. Being a polite man and having used many many services. I always treat the people on phone or at desk with upmost respect. However i am a little concerned by some of the receptionists at deans cross. Rude, sharp, angry, un-empathic all the qualities which make a medical receptionist, some of these ladies clearly seem to lack. They seem to not take into account peoples anxieties and stress. I have witnessed several off the older staff be so rude and blunt to elderly confused patients. I can spend hours and hours trying to get an appointment to no avail. My own gp always say she does not get to see me enough considering my condition.I appreciate that nhs are exhausted and the doctors here are the best.Plymouths best surgery x
Always have excellent care from Dr Holland could not praise more. It's lovely to see a Dr that actually knows you and your history. Dr Holland was so full of Empathy when I was struggling with the loss of a loved one.Thank you
