The doctors are great but since the introduction of the telephone appointments it is a lot more complicated getting an appointment as now instead of just phoning first thing for an appointment, you need to phone and wait for a doctor to phone you but no time is given. Highly inconvenient for somebody who works nights and sleeps throughout the day.
