Fantastic experience. They didn't have the item I originally wanted, but with the patience of Adam, I left with a great alternative. Nothing was too much for Adam and the free coffee was really appreciated. Well done Furniture Village, especially Adam. I'll be going back for my new bed in the next couple of months.

Brought a dining room table with "guaranteed delivery by Christmas" in November. A few weeks later we were then told it would be delivered sometime in January. Now received a call to say they can only deliver on Saturday's so now I can't have the table until February, so the 50 charge for delivery is a complete con.Takes forever to get through via phone and not a single member of staff has offered an apology yet.
