(We stopped renting from them a year ago)Absolutely horrific. Horrible. I would never recommend it to anyone. We rented a house with them for 4 years, when we moved in the oven was filthy as hell, the fridge had MOLD in it, the carpets looked like they've never been changed. Whenever anything would break they would definitely take their time to fix it. We waited for 3 MONTHS to get a new dishwasher, which came with the house yet the woman played stupid and said that the dishwasher didn't come with the house- well clearly it did because they ended up getting us a new one. Basically, to conclude how bad they were with fixing things we preferred to buy a new washing machine when theirs broke because we couldn't be bothered to wait for ages before they fix it or buy a new one. They took a hefty deposit of 850, which we obviously wanted back after we decided to move out of the house. Kids lived in the house and so did animals for 3 years so obviously the house would have to get carpets changed. When the lovely representative came in to check on the house before we moved out, told us the few things we'd have to do and that wed definitely get our deposit back, if we did them, because the house was definitely not in a horrible state. I will emphasise again that the woman has told us that we will get our deposit back and if not all of it most of it. Guess what? we didn't get any of it back and she said later that words like this have never left her mouth and she told us things that contradicted EVERYTHING that she told us before. They will lie just to not give you any money back. HONESTLY AVOID the agency.
